Shipping & Returns
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of the delivery date, and I will replace the item.
Due to the nature of these products, returns are currently not excepted.
Cancellations & Refunds
Kindly note the following policies:
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appoinment, kindly provide 24 hours' notice (see 'Change / Cancel Appointment' in your confirmation email).
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable.
- If you have cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your appointment and would like a refund, please fill out the contact form, and we'll happily take care of the refund for you. Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of when you cancelled your appointment.
